On March 6 to 8, Kanazawa University Institute of Liberal Arts and Science Skill-up Center held a “Faculty Development Workshop to Offer Courses in English,” jointly organized with a working group related to teaching courses in English. The Workshop was held in English by a native English teacher from the British Council which has a good reputation in English Training for university faculties.

The attendees learned how to conduct and manage lectures in Humanities, how to level-up the expressions necessary for lectures in Sciences, etc. They had much to learn from this workshop.
The Institute of Liberal Arts and Science Skill-up Center will conduct more workshops to support Kanazawa University’s globalization from the perspective of faculty development.
