American students on the Princeton in Ishikawa (PII) Program visits Kanazawa University

On June 29 (Wed.), a cultural exchange event was hold at Kanazawa University participated by 42 students from the Princeton in Ishikawa (PII) program and 44 students from Kanazawa University.

The students first gathered at Sumire-tei restaurant on Kakuma campus. After Professor Takayama Tomoaki’s welcome speech, they had a light meal together to get to know each other. Later in the conference room of Natural Science and Technology Library, the students spent time together enjoying the Kanazawa University Quiz, as well as having group discussions about study and campus life in the United States and in Japan.

At the end of the event, KU students saw the PII students off, and they both decided to remember the friendship forever.
